Five factors affecting the dispensing quality of the dispenser

The five major factors that affect the dispensing quality of the dispenser. Which factors affect the dispensing quality of the dispenser? First, the dispensing volume of the dispenser

The dispensing volume of the dispenser is usually controlled by the dispensing time. The longer the time is not prepared, the greater the amount of glue. Under normal circumstances, it is more appropriate to control the glue dot diameter at 1/2 of the product spacing. This way, the compensation group can avoid excessive glue, and it can also ensure that there is enough glue to bond the product components. Different glue viscosity will also have a certain impact on the amount of glue, so in actual applications, it is necessary to make corresponding adjustments according to the actual situation and choose a more suitable dispensing time.

2. Air pressure and operating speed

The greater the air pressure, the faster the glue flows, and too much glue will easily overflow. The smaller the air pressure, the slower the glue flow speed, and the glue volume is prone to be discontinuous or leaking when the glue is too small. The running speed is just the opposite. The amount of glue is too much when the speed is too high, and the running speed is too fast and it is easy to be intermittent or miss points. Therefore, it is more important to adjust the operating speed according to different air pressures, and these must be adjusted according to the actual situation during the operation.

Third, the needle of the dispenser

The needle of the dispenser generally needs to select a needle whose inner diameter is about one-half of the diameter of the dispensing dot. During the dispensing process, the dispenser should select the dispensing needle according to the size of the product. At the same time, different glues require different needle sizes. Instant glue: For water-based instant glue, use a safety piston and lined with gold needles. For thick instant glue, you can use tapered needles. If you need to bend For sex, use PP needles; UV glue: use amber syringes, white pistons and oblique needles (can block ultraviolet rays). If you use other types of needles, you need to customize needles that can block ultraviolet rays; light curing glue: use black opaque needles Tube, avoid light exposure: Anaerobic glue> Use 10CC syringe and white PE universal piston; sealant and tangible fluid: If the white piston rebounds severely, please directly change to safe type and use oblique needle.

Fourth, the distance between the needle of the automatic dispenser and the surface at work

Different glues, different products, and different dispensers use different needles. Some needles have a certain degree of I stop. It is very important to grasp the dispensing distance, so every time the work starts It is necessary to calibrate the distance between the needle and the working surface before.

Five, the glue used

In addition to the above-mentioned factors of the glue itself, the viscosity of the glue will also directly affect the quality of the glue. The higher the viscosity, the smaller the glue point. The smaller the viscosity, the larger the glue point. If the viscosity is too large, it may be possible. It will cause wire drawing, and if the viscosity is too small, the product may bleed. At the same time, the environment has a great influence on the glue. Generally, the temperature of the glue should be set to 23℃~25℃. If the temperature is too low, the viscosity of the glue will increase, otherwise the viscosity will decrease.

Sixth, affected by bubbles

To ensure that the glue is free of bubbles, a small bubble may cause defective products or too many products without glue. So every time you replace the hose, you must drain the air at the connection to avoid empty hitting.
