1. Maintenance requirements:

3. The scales and numbers on the dial should be clear and without traces

4. The equipment can run by itself, the operation is not chaotic and reliable, there is no abnormal noise, it can run continuously for a week, and no terminal failure occurs.

5. Start the dispenser, the dispenser display normally displays the parameters, and the barometer shows no significant fluctuations.

6. Start the dispensing machine control button, the air outlet will rush out, and the action can be completed according to the set air out time and suck back time. No leaks

7. Dispensing performance can be continuously produced for more than 24 hours, the overall equipment is beautiful and generous, the layout is reasonable, and the parts of the equipment must not have leakage, water leakage, oil leakage, etc.

8. During the trial operation of the dispenser, there is no damage to important parts (except for human reasons). Important parts include solenoid valves, motors, oil motors, oil pumps, chains, oil cylinders, PLCs, and computers.

9. The products produced meet the contract requirements such as quality and beat (except for mold reasons).

After the installation of the dispenser is completed, the trial production is carried out, and the system parameters are debugged at the same time during the trial production.
